Who is this for?

This is for the woman who is ready to unravel the voice of her intuition, to become friends with her higher guidance and in essence, walk upon the steady path with grace and love.

The steady path does not denote that of an easy path. As the human process is quite complex, nuanced, dynamic and multilayered as a baseline of what it means to co-exist.

The reality that I continue to arrive at is that through the dismantling of internal and external voices, programs, conditionings and ideals of what “should be” can one begin to unravel the inner wisdom of the intuition.

The feminine intuition is that of a steady nature. Guiding us from the busy mind to the steadiness of the heart. Through the cohesive unification of mind and body can we apply the principles of fundamental truth into our everyday lives, which will ultimately lead us to the very essence that we “seek.”

This is a steady and consistent practice and through presence, understanding, and listening does it no longer seem arduous. It simply is as it is meant to be. This shall be the compass that illuminates the way.

So in essence, this offering is not a means to give you a shortcut to “freedom” and it is not a singular nor a linear path, meaning, this practice will shift and evolve as you shift and evolve.

This is a practice that will help you to listen to the voice of the intuition even when your logical mind may say otherwise. This is a means to support the clearing of the noise so that the steadiness of the heart can once again be the most prominent awareness (choice) within the construct of one’s being.
